How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Is Fintrax financial advice?
No. Fintrax provides general, impersonal research and educational information about public companies. It is not a personal recommendation, and Fintrax Ltd is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to give investment advice. You make your own decisions, and your capital is at risk.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption in transit and at rest, and row-level security so each account can only see its own data. We never connect to your bank and never see your card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of processors.
How reliable are the briefs and answers?
Our briefs and copilot answers are AI-generated and grounded in filings, fundamentals, and news, with citations to the sources. AI output is probabilistic opinion and can be incomplete or wrong, and prices are delayed by at least 15 minutes, so always check the cited sources and do your own research.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period for new subscriptions under UK Consumer Rights. After this period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues.
